06Privacy & readiness

Nothing moves before rights and privacy are settled.

SentryRights is designed so a business can explore the market without exposure. Anonymity is structural, not a policy promise: the registry stores descriptions, and disclosure requires an explicit seller approval at every step.

Controls6 layers
01

Anonymity by construction

Listings are generated from metadata fields only. There is no field in the registry schema for a company name, domain or logo.

02

No data at listing time

Registering an asset never involves an upload, an export, an integration or a credential. The registry describes data; it does not hold it.

03

Seller-controlled disclosure

Identity is revealed only after the seller approves a named buyer and a specific intended use, and confidentiality has been executed.

04

Rights and provenance review

Ownership, third-party content, contract restrictions, retention and geographic constraints are reviewed before any sample is produced.

05

De-identification before sample

Entity and person pseudonymisation, field suppression and aggregation are applied to samples used in diligence.

06

Purpose limitation in the licence

Permitted uses, resale prohibitions, derivative-dataset limits and usage reporting are written into the licence.
