01How it works

Metadata first. Identity last. Data only after diligence.

SentryRights is a registry of enterprise data assets, not a data-upload platform. Listings are anonymous descriptions of data that already exists inside a business. Nothing moves until a seller approves a specific buyer for a specific use.

For businesses7 steps
  1. 01

    Assess

Answer a structured questionnaire about the operational data your company has accumulated. No data is uploaded.

  2. 02

    Score

Receive an AI Data Asset Score across eleven weighted dimensions, with the reasoning behind each one.

  3. 03

    List anonymously

Your listing describes the asset — industry, systems, history, workflow families. It never names your company.

  4. 04

    Receive qualified interest

SentryRights verifies buyers and screens their intended use against your stated preferences.

  5. 05

    Approve or decline

Nothing is disclosed without your explicit approval. Declining costs you nothing and is not visible to the buyer.

  6. 06

    Diligence

Rights review, privacy review and de-identification are coordinated before any sample leaves your environment.

  7. 07

    License

A non-exclusive or exclusive license is executed with usage terms, reporting obligations and payment through the platform.

For AI companies7 steps
  1. 01

    Get verified

Entity, funding stage and intended use are verified once, then reused across every request.

  2. 02

    Search the registry

Filter by industry, system of record, geography, company size, history, volume and score.

  3. 03

    Read the asset profile

Anonymous but substantive: workflow families, connectivity, score composition, rights posture.

  4. 04

    Request an introduction

State the model, the application and the downstream distribution limits in writing.

  5. 05

    Await seller approval

The seller sees your profile and intended use. You do not see their identity until they approve.

  6. 06

    Diligence and sample

Data dictionary, schema, provenance and a de-identified sample in a secure data room.

  7. 07

    License and pay

Terms, usage reporting and payment are handled through SentryRights.
